Are you a Rebel?

Anyone can be a rebel without a cause, but it’s da*n difficult to be a Rebel WITH a cause.

Rebels with a cause. That’s what the founders were forced to become, simply by existing in their spirit of freedom.They stood tall in the face of a small set of largely powerful people Hell bent on controlling them; Hell bent on taking their lives and using them for their own profitable power. The founders had the same spirit of freedom we are all born with, but many of us are conditioned to abandon it little by little. …Have you felt it?

We aren’t slaves… but are we truly free?

I began this Joy of Shooting Mission to further the truth of freedom and our birth rights. My skills are greatest in the arena of the second amendment, so I simply began showing people the truth of the joy we experience while practicing our God given rights.

Today, this simple and innocent act is considered Rebellious.

If you love our original freedom, I hate to break it to ya…you’re a Rebel too.

You’ve already made the choice. The die has been cast. To value your rights and the rights of others, is an act of rebellion to those who seek to keep us in gilded cages.

History shows there’s always someone who’s stomach rumbles for control. People like us make them STARVE.

So it’s time to ask yourself, where are your skills greatest? I encourage you to find a place you can bolster freedom’s cause, and hyper focus on it. There are many distractions, so remember this: Each one of us can’t do everything, but we CAN do SOMETHING. Every action matters.

Stay focused where your strength is and keep walking that path, step by powerfully rebellious step.

Never for a second think we’re considered anything more than rebels, to those who seek to control us. Like the founders of old, and we carry their torch.

For as Thomas Jefferson so aptly stated,

“When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty.”

One thing that can feel demoralizing, though, is the feeling of being alone. A lone Rebel with a lone cause. The world grows darker. The tumbleweed flies by. The hungry buzzards stare into your soul. Your mind plagues you with the thought,

“Am I the only one standing up for this showdown?? Are there no others beside me??”

I am beside you. We are all beside you. You are not alone. We are awake, but often unaware there are others. Many others.

We can’t be quiet anymore. Letting our brothers and sisters know they are not alone is a powerful and simple way to start supporting freedom in your daily life:

Speak up. Show up. Express yourself.

This is why I’m sharing Rebels Creed with you today. Rebels Creed is a patriotic apparel company founded on Thomas Jefferson’s almost prophetic quote (www.rebelscreed.com, Instagram @RebelsCreed1776). However when I discovered Rebels Creed, I knew it was something more than just an apparel company.

This is a Creed for US.

A way to express ourselves and show others they are not alone. They are with us.
A way to connect to our founding blood, the men and women who boldly declared that they would stand up for freedom. Even in the face of overwhelming odds, they believed. They knew in their bones what was right and true.

We need to believe. We need to act. We need to express.

I fully believe in the power of We The People and E Pluribus Unum:

“Out of Many, One.”

I’m standing alongside these Rebel Patriots, and rockin’ this gear with you. Not only do they give back to people doing their part for freedom, just like you and me, but their entire mission charges my veins and gives me hope:

My hope is this stoked the fire in your belly. However you choose to live as a Rebel With a Cause For Freedom: ACT. Freedom only grows through action. We are powerful together, and our many individual acts create one powerful force for GOOD.
